Ingredients 2 lbs. Mahi Mahi fillets 2 tbsp. butter 1 tsp. Accent 1 can Apricots 10 dried Apricots 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 1 teaspoon honey
Directions Saute Mahi Mahi in butter 4-5 minutes to the side. Drain and depit Apricots; then blend them on high with dried apricots, Accent, honey and lemon juice. Warm sauce in a pot. Put Mahi Mahi on a serving platter, pour warmed sauce over top and serve.
