Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs. Sea Bass
1/2 lbs. Bacon
1/2 box sliced mushrooms


Directions

Micorwave or fry bacon until it is well 
done and crisp

Pour 4 tbsp. of the Bacon Fat into frying 
Pan.  Add Mushrooms.

Saute Sea Bass and mushrooms in bacon fat.

Put Sea Bass on a serving plate.  Top with 
Mushrooms and crumpled bacon bits and serve.
