Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs. Halibut I bit size pieces
4 tbsp. butter
1 medium Onion
1/2 package of mushrooms
1 pint half and half
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Accent

Directions

Sauté onions and mushrooms in butter until
onions start to turn golden.

Deglaze pan with half and half and pour 
mixture into an oven proof baking dish.

Add Halibut, cover and stir

Bake at 350 F until tender amd flaky
