Ingredients
3/4 cup chopped onion 3/4 cup chopped green pepper 3/4 cup chopped celery 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. salt 1 cup V-8 juice 1 pound walleye fillets Combine everything but the Pickerel in a saucepan and simmer until the vegetables are crisp-tender, about 5 minutes. Place fish in a greased 13x9x2" baking pan. Pour vegetable mixture over the fish. Cover and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
