Ingredients 2 pounds [1 kg] Turbot fillets 1 teaspoon [5 mL] salt I tsp. MSG (accent) 1/2 cup [125 mL] chicken broth 1 tbsp. [15 mL] chopped parsley 1 tbsp. [15 mL] minced chives 2 garlic cloves, crushed 1 tbsp. [15 mL] minced onion 2 tsp. [10 mL] lemon juice 2 tbsp. butter Preheat oven to 400°F [200°C]. Salt Turbot fillets. Place Turbot in an ovenproof dish. Mix chicken Broth, butter, parsley, chives, garlic, onion, Accent and lemon juice. Pour over Turbot and bake 15 minutes and Serve.
