Bass in a California Sauce
Ingredients
1 lb. Bass Fillet 2 oz. Butter
salt and pepper to taste California Sauce 1 Small coarsely chopped avocado
1 tbsp. Lime Juice
1/4 tsp. powdered Garlic
2 tbsp. Salsa
1 tsp. Lemon Rind; grated
1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
1/3 cup Dry White Wine Saute bass in butter, salt and pepper until tender Mix all other Ingredients together with a whisk or fork. Then slightly warm them. (Do not boil) Place fish on a platter. Pour butter from an on fish. Top with California Sauce
