Ingredients 1 lb. halibut 3 tbsp. butter 4 tbsp. vermouth or white wine Juice of 1/2 lemon Pinch dill salt and pepper to taste 1/4 tsp. Accent
Directions Sauté Halibut in butter, salt and pepper four minutes on a side or until tender. Add the vermouth, dill, the juice of 1/2 lemon and the Accent and simmer for 2 minutes. (Do not overcook. Halibut quickly becomes tough.)
