Ingredients
6 Burbot fillets
salt and pepper, to taste2 tbsp. [30 g] diced butter1/2 cup [125 ml] slivered almondsJuice of 1/2a lemon1 cup [250 ml] seedless grapes1/4 cup [60 ml] chopped parsley1/2 cup [125 ml] sherryDirections
Heat oven to 400°F [200°C].
Arrange fish fillets into a shallow baking dish.
Sprinkle fillets with butter bits, almonds, lemon juice, grapes, parsley, salt and pepper.
Pour in sherry and bake uncovered, for 15 minutes or until fillets flake with a fork
