Ingredients Ingredients 6 Burbot fillets Salt and pepper, to taste 2 tablespoons [30 g] diced butter 1/2 cup [125 ml] slivered almonds Juice of 1/2 a lemon 1 cup [250 ml] seedless grapes 1/4 cup [60 ml] chopped parsley 1/2 cup [125 ml] sherry Preheat oven to 400°F [200°C]. Arrange fish fillets into a shallow baking dish. Sprinkle fillets with butter bits, almonds, lemon juice, grapes, parsley, salt and pepper. Pour in sherry and bake uncovered, for 15 minutes or until fillets flake with a fork
