Ingredients Ingredients 4 sole fillets White wine Salt Flour Olive oil 2 to 3 tablespoons butter 1/3 cup] lemon juice 1/3 cup parsley 1/2 lemon, quartered Sprinkle sole fillets with white wine and salt then coat with flour. Mix the oil, butter, lemon juice and parsley and saute the sole fillets. Remove the sole, Pour the butter and olive oil sauce over the fillets and serve wit the lemon quarters.
