1/4 cup melted butter

1 onion, chopped

1/2 tsp. Garlic powder

3 tsp. MSG.

1 can drained stewed tomato

2 tbsp. Curry powder (or to taste)

1 cup heavy cream

Directions

Put all Ingredients a pot or oven proof baking dish.

Cook covered for 20 minutes or until catfish flakes with a fork. Serve
