Ingredients>

2 lb. Catfish fillets

1 cup milk

1/2 tsp. Garlic powder

salt and Pepper to taste

1 pkg. Frozen Creamed spinach

2 cups of cooked Rice

Directions>

Cook Rice according to Directions.

Put Catfish fillets, milk, garlic powder, salt and pepper into a skillet and cook until the catfish is done.

Cook frozen creamed spinach according to the direc tions on the package.

Place rice on platter. Top with fish. Cut a corner off the plastic frozen spinach pkg. and squeeze contents over catfish.

Serves 4
