Ingredients>
2 lb. Catfish fillets1 cup milk1/2 tsp. Garlic powdersalt and Pepper to taste1 pkg. Frozen Creamed spinach2 cups of cooked RiceDirections>
Cook Rice according to Directions.
Put Catfish fillets, milk, garlic powder, salt and pepper into a skillet and cook until the catfish is done.
Cook frozen creamed spinach according to the direc tions on the package.
Place rice on platter. Top with fish. Cut a corner off the plastic frozen spinach pkg. and squeeze contents over catfish.
