1/2 tsp. Garlic powder1/3 cup prepared Humus1/3 cup Water1 1/2tbsp. Lemon juice1/4 tsp. ground Cumin1/4 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. Pepper4 6-ounce catfish fillets1 tbsp. olive oilPitted Black olivesDirections
Mix the first 7 Ingredients in a bowl,
Saute Catfish fillets for 2 minutes. Turn fish over and sauté 2 minutes more, or until just cooked through. pDivide humus sauce between 2 plates and top with fish and any oil left in the skillet. Add black olives to decorate.
