Ingredients


1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
1/3 cup prepared Humus
1/3 cup Water
1 1/2 tbsp. Lemon juice
1/4 tsp. ground Cumin
1/4 tsp.  Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper 


2 6-ounce catfish fillets
1 tbsp. olive oil
Pitted Black olives 

Directions

Mix the first 7 ingredients in a bowl, 

Saute Catfish fillets for 2 minutes. Turn fish over and sauté 2 minutes more, or until just cooked through. Divide humus sauce between 2 plates and top with fish and any oil left in the skillet.   Add black olives to decorate..
