Ingredients
1 1/2pounds Char1 1/2 cups white wine1/2 cup water
1 onion, sliced1 tbsp. parsley1 tsp. dill weed1/4 tbsp. pepper1 lemon, slicedDirections
In a large saucepan or skillet combine white wine, water, onion, parsley, dill weed and pepper. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce the heat and Simmer 10 minutes to meld flavors.
Place Char in a cheese cloth. Add Char to mix, cover, and simmer 8 minutes, or until the Char flakes easily.Garnish with lemon and serve.
Makes 4 servings.
