Ingredients
1 = 1 1/2 cups of cooked cod6 eggs2 tbsp. minced red pepper2 tbsp. of minced onionsalt and pepper to tasteDirections
Mix together all Ingredients. Empty mixture into a large frying pan with a little olive oil.
Cook omelet on one sides until done. Fold over into a half moon shape. Serve with a salad and pinot Griego.
