Ingredients
Curried Salmon Salad In Red Pepper Ingredients:
2 large. bell pepper1 can Salmon packed in water, drained1/2 cup Canned garbanzo beans10 2-in piece of cucumber1 small box Raisins2 tbsp. Slivered almonds, lightly toasted2 tsp. Garlic Powder1 cup of mixed vanilla yogurt and sour cream, 1/2and 1/2>2 tsp. Curry powderDirections
Cut off the top of the peppers about 1/3 way down.
Remove the seeds, dice the tops and put them in a bowl.
Flake and add the Salmon and all other Ingredients to the bowl,
Spoon the Salmon back into the peppers before serving.
Alternate suggestion: Just use one pepper, clean and dice it and add it to ingredients in the bowl. Then serve on a bed of lettuce.
