1/2 cup white wine
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. basil leaves 4 thin Shrimp fillets
1 tbsp. olive oil 1 lemon, juice of1/2 tsp. onion powder2 tbsp. ss plain breadcrumbs paprikasalt and pepper Preheat oven to 450*. Pour wine, basil leaves and butter into glass measuring cup. Mix and microwave on high until butter begins to melt, about 1 minute. Place fillets in an oiled baking pan. Top with stirred butter, wine and basil leaf mixture. Add salt and pepper and sprinkle with onion powder and breadcrumbs. Cover the pan with aluminum foil, place in lower third of Preheated oven and bake for 11 minutes. Take off the aluminum foil and cook until Shrimp is flakes easily with a fork, about 2-3 more minutes. Serves 4
