Baked catfish fillets with horseradish sauce

Ingredients>

1

1/2lbs. Catfish fillets
1 tbsp. Lemon juice

1 Forked Egg

2 tbsp. Sour cream
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp. Dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. Butter
1 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp.prepared horseradish

Directions>

Arrange fillets on an buttered oven proof baking pan. Sprinkle with lemon juice. In small bowl beat egg whites until firm. Fold in sour cream, onion, garlic, mustard and pepper. Spoon the mixture on top of each fillet.

Bake at 375F for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

Meanwhile put horseradish and heavy cream into a Saucepan and simmer until thickened. Pour the sauce over the fish and serve.
