2 fresh Char4 tbsp. s butter3 1/2 ounces [100 g] almondssalt and pepper to taste1 lemon
Directions
Saute Almonds in 1 tbsp. butter and juice from 1/2 a lemon.
Remove almonds, add the rest of the butter and sauté Char until done. Do not overcook.
Deglaze pan and pour the Lemon/Almond/Butter sauce over the Char.
Serve Char
