Ingredients 2 lbs. Shrimp fillets 1/4 cup flour, for dusting fish 1 egg 1/2 cup buttermilk 11/2 cup flour 1/2 cup yellow cornmeal salt and pepper 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tbsp. baking powder 1 tbsp. tarragon 1 tbsp. thyme 2 tbsp. olive oil
Directions Mix egg with buttermilk in one bowl. Mix salt, pepper, flour, corn meal, baking soda, baking Powder, tarragon and thyme, salt and pepper in a bowl. Dip fillets in egg and buttermilk mixture. Then dredge the pieces in the flour and cornmeal mix. Fourth, sauté in olive oil 4 minutes on each side or until Flesh is flaky.
