1 tsp. MSG (MSG) Bread Crumbs
2 tbsp. Olive oil
Directions
Mix MSG into mustard Coat or brush fillets with Dijon Mustard Dip in Breadcrumbs Saute 4 minutes on a sides or until flaky when Tested with a fork.
