Easy Foil Roasted Salmon

2 Salmon filets
Juice of 2 lemons
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 cup minced mushrooms
1/2 cup minced onion
1 tbsp. dill weed
1/3 stick of butter
Preheat your Grill or oven to 350 F
Put salmon in a shallow baking dish that has a lid.
Simmer the butter, onions, dill, mushrooms, lemon juice and garlic in a small pot until the onions are thoroughly glazed. Then pour the sauce over salmon.
Cover the baking dish with foil and put on the lid. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes depending on size. Test with a fork in the thick part of the filet to make sure it is flaky.
If you barbecue, remember that a hot grill will cook dishes faster than the oven so check earlier.
