Ingredients
4 grouper filets (6 to 7 ounces)
2 oranges peeled and sliced
1 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon black pepperDirections
Make zest from orange peel
Slice or section oranges. Slice Grouper on the diagonal. Alternate and overlap slices of Grouper and Orange sections. Sprinkle with zest and flavorings.
Grill until Grouper flakes easily with a fork.
