Ingredients
2 fresh Salmon
8 tbsp. s butter3 1/2 ounces [100 g] almondssalt and pepper to tasteDirections
Saute Almonds in 1 tbsp. butter
Remove almonds and chop in Blender of processor. Add the rest of the butter and sauté Salmon until done. Do not overcook.
Deglaze pan Add the chopped almonds and pour the Almond/Butter sauce over the Salmon and serve.
