This is an adaptation of the famous French dish, Sole Bonne Femme

Ingredients

4 Salmon Fillets

3 tbsp. olive oil

10-12 White Grapes per person

2 pkgs. White or Bechamel sauce

1 tsp. Garlic Powder

1/2 tsp. MSG

Directions

Sauce- The Easy Way

Buy a pkg. of prepared white sauce. Prepare it according to Directions. Adding Garlic powder and MSG.

Add the grapes to the sauce, heat and you are done.

Saute Salmon 4 minutes on each sides. When the fish is done, place it on your serving platter, cover with the sauce and serve.
