2 pounds Salmon 1 16 oz. can V8 1/2 cup minced sweet bell pepper 1 small minced onion, chopped 1 1/2 tsp. oregano 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 1/2 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. cornstarch pepper to taste
Ingredients
Directions Arrange fish fillets into an oven-safe dish; sprinkle with a little of the salt and pepper. Bake into a preheated 350 oven for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, simmer V8 juice, chopped pepper, chopped onion, garlic powder and oregano for 15 minutes. Mix the cornstarch and water and put into sauce; simmer until thickened. Pour sauce over fish fillets; sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Broil until golden.
