Ingredients

1 Salmon fillet

Oregano

I tsp. Thyme Powder

1 cup Spaghetti Sauce per fillet

salt and pepper

1/4 tsp. garlic powder per fillet

1/4 tsp. MSG per fillet

Directions

Rinse each fillet and remove any remaining bones.

Mix seasonings in a bowl.

Next put each fillet skin sides down in a baking dish, sprinkle with the seasoning mix and cover with spaghetti sauce.

Bake into a preheated 350°F oven for 20 to 30 minutes depending on how big the fillets are.
