Ingredients

2 fresh Salmon Fillets

2

1/2tbsp. butter

2 boxes of finely diced mushrooms

1 diced medium onion

1 cup light cream

1 tsp. MSG

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Saute onions and mushrooms until onions begin to turn brown

Add the Salmon and the light cream and simmer Salmon until done. Do not overcook.

Deglaze pan and pour the mushroom/onion Cream sauce over the Salmon.

Serve.
