Ingredients

2 lb. Salmon

2 1/2 tbsp. butter

1 finely diced sweet pepper

2 finely diced large onions

2 cups Port wine

salt and pepper to taste

1 tsp. Garlic Powder

Directions

In a pot, sauté onions and pepper until onions begin to turn brown

Add the Salmon and the red wine sauce, the Garlic Powder and the salt an pepper simmer Salmon until done. Do not overcook.

Pour the onion/pepper wine sauce over the Salmon.

Serve.

Chef's Note: Freeze any leftover sauce for later use.
