Ingredients

2 fillets
2 1/2 tbsp. butter
1/2 box of finely diced mushrooms
1 finely dices medium onion
1 cup white wine
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. MSG
Directions

Saute onions and mushrooms until onions begin to turn brown
Add the Salmon and the white wine and simmer Salmon until done. Do not overcook.
Deglaze pan and pour the mushroom/onion wine sauce over the Salmon.
Serve.
