2 fresh trout 
Flour 
3 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon [50 g] butter 
salt and pepper to taste 


Flour trout and melt butter. 

Brown trout into melted butter.   Do not overcook.

Serve trout really hot deglaze pan and pour the
butter sauce over the trout.
