Ingredients This is an adaptation of the famous French dish, Sole Bonne Femme

Ingredients 4 fillet of Sea Bass 3 tbsp. olive oil Sauce 3 tbsp. Butter 3 tbsp. Flour 1 cup milk Salt and pepper to taste 1/2 tsp. MSG (Accent> 1/2 tsp. Garlic powder 1/2 tsp. sugar Seedless grapes

Directions Buy a package of white sauce (Bechamel) at the store - or you cam make the sauce on your own. Saute fillets 4 minutes on each side. When the fish is done, place it on your serving platter, cover with the sauce. Sauce Recipe Directions First make the sauce in a double boiler. Heat the butter and flour to make a roux. Then slowly add milk stir to mix the ingredients together. Add garlic powder, salt, pepper, sugar and MSG. Stir until thickened and mix in Grapes.
