This is an adaptation of the famous French dish, Sole Bonne Femme
Ingredients
4 fillet of Sea Bass
3 tbsp. olive oil Sauce3 tbsp. Butter3 tbsp. Flour1 cup milksalt and pepper to taste1/2 tsp. MSG (MSG>1/2 tsp. Coriander1/2 tsp. sugar Seedless grapesDirections
Buy a pkg. of white sauce (Bechamel) at the store - or you cam make the sauce on your own.
Saute fillets 4 minutes on each sides. When the fish is done, place it on your serving platter, cover with the sauce.
Sauce Recipe Directions
First make the sauce in a double boiler. Heat the butter and flour to make a roux.
Then slowly add milk stir to mix the Ingredients together. Add Coriander salt, pepper, sugar and MSG. Stir until thickened and mix in Grapes.
