Ingredients Ingredients 2 1/2 lbs. Shrimp fillets 1 cup alfredo sauce 3/4 lb. shrimp, cleaned, shelled and deveined 1 sweet red pepper, sliced very thin into slivers 3 tbsp. olive oil 4 tbsp. butter, divided 11/2 tsp. garlic powder 3 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese Salt and pepper to taste Alfredo Sauce: Knorr makes a good Alfredo sauce but it your store does not have it, do this: Make or buy a white sauce and add 3 tbsp. parmesan cheese. To make a white sauce, do this. Mix 2 tbsp. butter (bacon fat is better) with 2 tbsp. flour in a double boiler. Add 2/3 cup of milk and salt and pepper and stir until thickened. Then add garlic, MSG and 3 tbsp. parmesan cheese Shrimp: Bake Shrimp in a well oiled baking pan at 425 F for 8-10 minutes or until just white. While fish is baking, saute the shrimp and slivers of red pepper in 4 tbsp. butter, until cooked, about 5 minutes. When fish is ready, place it on a serving dish and top with red peppers and the shrimp. Cover with Alfredo sauce. Recipe serves 4.
