Ingredients
2 fresh Trout Fillets2 1/2tbsp. butter2 boxes of finely diced mushrooms1 diced medium onion1 cup light cream1 tsp. MSGsalt and pepper to tasteDirections
Saute onions and mushrooms until onions begin to turn brown
Add the Trout and the light cream and simmer Trout until done. Do not overcook.
Deglaze pan and pour the mushroom/onion Cream sauce over the Trout.
Serve.
