Ingredients
2 Trouts or Trout fillets1 tbsp. Oregano1 tsp. Basil>salt and pepper1/2 tsp. garlic powder per fillet1 1/4 cup Italian Salad DressingEnough Foil to wrap each fillet separatelyDirections
Rinse each fillet and remove any remaining bones.
Mix dressings and seasonings in a bowl.
Then dredge each fillet skin sides down in dressing mix.
Place on a piece of aluminum foil and wrap securely folding corners.
Tightly wrap each fillet. Bake into a heated 400°F oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
