2 fresh trout 2 1/2 tbsp. butter 1/2 box of finely diced mushrooms 1 finely dices medium onion 1 cup white wine Salt and pepper to taste Saute onions and mushrooms until onions begin to turn brown Add the trout and the white wine and simmer trout until done. Do not overcook. Deglaze pan and pour the mushroom/onion wine sauce over the trout. Serve.
