Ingredients
1 1/2lbs. Trout3/4 cup melted butter1 pkg. dry onion soup mix1/4 tsp. pepper1 lb. baconDirections
Mix butter, soup mix and pepper.
Spread the mix over the Trout.
Then wrap each Trout with bacon.
Secure the bacon with toothpicks.
Saute 10 minutes per sides or until the Trout flakes easily with a fork.
