Ingredients

Our Chef says: This is an adaptation of the famous French dish, Flounder Bonne Femme

4 fillet of Flounder
3 tbsp. olive oil

Sauce

3 tbsp. Butter
3 tbsp. Flour
1 cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. MSG (MSG>
1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
1/2 tsp. sugar
Seedless grapes

Directions

First make the sauce in a double boiler. Preheat the butter and flour to make a roux. Then slowly add milk stirring to mix ingredients together. Add garlic powder, salt, pepper, sugar and MSG. Stir until thickened and mix in Grapes.

Saute Fillet of Flounder 4 minutes on each sides. When the fish is done, place it on your serving platter, cover with the sauce.
