Ingredients 2 6-ounce Flounder fillets 2 tbsp. Flour 1 tbsp. Olive oil 1 tbsp. Butter 1/4 cup Chicken or veal broth 1 tbsp. Lemon Juice 2 tbsp. Capers, drained Pepper, to taste 2 tbsp. Parsley
Directions Flour Flounder fillets and then sauté them in the butter and oil for 4 minutes on each side. Transfer fillets onto a serving plate; keep warm. Mix the lemon juice, pepper, parsley, a 1/4 tsp. of flour and capers with the chicken/veal broth and bring to a boil. Pour sauce over Flounder fillets and serve immediately.
