Ingredients
2 6-ounce Flounder fillets2 tbsp. Flour1 tbsp. Olive oil1 tbsp. Butter1/4 cup Chicken or veal broth1 tbsp. Lemon Juice2 tbsp. Capers, drainedPepper, to tasteDirections
Flour Flounder fillets and then sauté them in the butter and oil for 4 minutes on each sides. Transfer fillets onto a serving plate; keep warm.
Mix the lemon juice, pepper, a 1/4 tsp. of flour and capers with the chicken/veal broth and bring to a boil.
Pour sauce over Flounder fillets and serve immediately.
