1 lb. fillet of Flounder1 cup milk1/4 tsp. Garlic powder Salt and Pepper to taste1 pkg. Stouffers Frozen Creamed spinach1 1/2 cups of RiceDirections
Cook Rice according to Directions.
Put fillet of Flounder, milk, garlic powder, salt and pepper into a skillet and cook until the Fillet of Flounder is done.
Cook frozen creamed spinach according to Directions.
Place rice on platter. Put fish beside it. Cut a corner off the plastic frozen spinach pkg. and squeeze contents over Fillet of Flounder. Serves 4
