2 lbs. Fillet of Flounder filets2 cans Red Clam Sauce1 can Campbell Hearty Manhattan Clam chowder1 tsp. MSG (MSG)1 tsp. Garlic Powder1 tbsp. Powdered ThymeDirections
Cut flounder into bite size pieces.
Put all ingredients in a Casserole. Cover and cook at 325 F until tender.
