Ingredients 4 Flounder fillets White wine Salt Flour Olive oil 2 to 3 tablespoons butter 1/3 cup] lemon juice 1/2 lemon, quartered
Directions Sprinkle Flounder fillets with white wine and salt then coat with flour. Mix the oil, butter, lemon juice and parsley and sauté the Flounder fillets. Remove the fillets, pour the butter and olive oil sauce over the fish and serve with the lemon quarters.
