Meuniere is just a fancy French word for a lemon butter sauce
Ingredients 4 Haddock Fillets White wine Salt Flour Olive oil 2 to 3 tablespoons butter 1/3 cup] lemon juice 1/3 cup parsley 1/2 lemon, quartered
Directions Sprinkle Haddock Fillets fillets with white wine and salt then coat with flour. Mix the oil, butter, lemon juice and parsley and saute the Haddock Fillets fillets. Remove the Haddock Fillets, Pour the butter and olive oil sauce over the fillets and serve wit the lemon quarters.
