Ingredients
1 cup milk2 pounds northern Pickerel fillets
1/2 cup breadcrumbs1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. pepper1 tsp. oregano Powder or 2 tsp. flakes1 can zucchini in tomato sauce or 1 can Italian stewed tomatoes1/2 tsp. powdered garlic
1 diced medium onion
1 diced pepper1/2stick of butter1/2 tsp. msg.
1 lemonDirections
Heat the oven to 350 F.
Grease a baking dish.
Combine all ingredients except the Pickerel in a bowl. Place Pickerel in baking dish. Cover with sauce.
Bake uncovered for 20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily.
Serve with lemon wedges.
