Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds Mahi Mahi

4 tbsp. butter

1/2 cup chopped onion

1/8 tsp. pepper

2 tbsp. olive oil

1 cup chopped fennel bulb

1/2 tsp. Salt

1 tsp. Chili Powder

Directions

Heat oven to 450 degrees F. Cut Mahi Mahi into 6 serving pieces and arrange fish in buttered baking dish.

Sauté remaining Ingredients in oil mixture until the onion and fennel are tender. Blend on high and spoon over fish.

Bake uncovered 12 to 17 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Serves 6.
