Ingredients

4 Mahi Mahi Fillets

2 tbsp. Butter 1 diced medium Onion

1/2 tsp. Garlic powder

1/2 tsp. MSG (MSG) 1 jar your favorite Salsa 1 small container of sour cream

Directions

Saute onion with garlic powder and MSG until the onions are glazed. Place Mahi Mahi on top of onions. Cover with a pan top and cook until done Meanwhile, mix and warm the Salsa and Sour cream. Place Mahi Mahi on a serving platter, cover the Salsa sauce and serve.
