1 Pound Boneless Muskie Fillets3 tbsp. Olive Oil1 pkg. any Italian short pasta1 Jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce1/2 pkg. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese1/2 cup Parmesan CheeseDirections
Prepare the pasta according to pkg. instructions. Add one tbsp. olive oil so it does not stick together.
Coat interior of Casserole dish with the rest of the olive oil. Fill prepared dish about 2/3 full with the cooked pasta. Spoon a thin layer of spaghetti sauce over the noodles. Put a layer of fillets on the pasta and add more sauce to cover it.
Cover the Casserole dish and bake in a 350 oven for 15-20 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork. Sprinkle fish with shredded Mozzarella cheese and top with Parmesan cheese. Uncover and cook for 5 minutes more.
