Ingredients
2 cans Red Clam Sauce
1 can White Clam Sauce
1 can Manhattan Clam Chowder
1/2 lb. Cooked Shrimp
1 1/2 lbs. Fish (your choice)
1 1/4 lb. Lobster
1 bag Mussels
I tsp. MSG or Accent
1 tsp. powdered garlic powder
1 tbsp. Oregano

Directions
Buy the lobster cooked or boil it yourself. Throw away water.

Sizzor the fish into pieces and add the fish, vegetables and shrimp to a large pot.

Open the cans and put them to simmer in a large pot with vegetables and seasonings.

Break the lobster into pieces crack shells and add to pot.

Add Mussels to pot. Important, as soon as the mussels open, bring forth the stew and serve. (Mussels toughen if they are overcooked).

It is marvelous!
