Ingredients 2 1/2 pounds halibut, cut in 10 pieces 6 oranges, peeled, and sectioned 4 tablespoons butter 1 cup white wine Seasonings to taste
Directions Put all ingredients in a skillet. Heat butter. Put the orange sections on the bottom of the pan. Put the halibut pieces on top. Add wine and seasonings. Cover with a pot top and poach. until halibut is flaky and tender.
