Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs. Sea Bass in bite size pieces2 to 3 orangespepper4 tbsp. Olive oilDirections
Coat bottom of pan with olive oil.Scrape zest from orange skinsPeel oranges. Separate the sections and lay them on the bottom of the pan.Place the Sea Bass pieces on top of the orange sections. Sprinkle pepper and orange zest over the fish.Cover the pan. Cook for 3-5 minutes a side or until tender and flaky.Serve
