Ingredients

4 fish Fillets
1 can stewed Tomatoes Italian Style
1/2 package frozen Spinach
1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
1/2 tsp. MSG (Accent)
1 cup white wine
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions
Drain tomatoes pressing gently down on lid.  
Add all ingredients to a large pan.  Stir, 
cover the pan and simmer until done.
